Beat Box: Superseal 3D Battle Record (Side 2 Preview)

This is a low quality demo of some of the breaks and samples that are on the new Superseal 3D battle record, released by Dirtstyle. Released by Q-Bert in early October 2009, this record continues the legendary Superseal tradition by packing dozens of goodies on a single slab of wax for turntablists and DJ’s.
Superseal 3D includes a 4-minute break loop produced by the Invisibl Skratch Pickl himself, the classic AAH and FRESH sounds (both forwards as well as backwards for the first time ever!), different “Yeah” stabs, synthesized and vocoded vocals for the electro junkies, tons of funk guitar riffs, the 1-2-3 fill, and other hip hop based vocal bits and pieces. Each side also has a locked inner groove with a classic breakbeat: one side is a bongo loop and the other, a James Brown one. The break from Billy Squire’s “Big Beat” is in the mix as well. Oh yeah, let’s not forget the bonus pair of 3D glasses included (maybe if you wear them while scratching and staring at the label, you’ll automatically get laid! or not)
And as per usual, there’s a smartass comment scratched into the dead was in the center of the record, standard cheeky Q-Bert style. This time around, it’s encouraging you to “hump your window”. Have fun with that!
Pick up this battle record here on the Thudrumble site- it’s available in black, as well as super-limited-edition red, white, and blue vinyl (and I think all but the white vinyl is completely sold out at this point).
