Cool Free Stuff: New Mix From Bok Bok Plus Mosca MP3 From His Label

If I were to ascertain which producers out there were going to have a breakout year in 2010, I’d have to say that Bok Bok is fairly high up my list. A relatively new producer on the scene, the artist known in real life as Alex Sushon has been chipping away at cultivating his own unique sound which consists of a blend of garage, UK funky, baltimore club, and dubstep.
Coming off a fairly successful split 12” with L-Viz 1990 on Dress 2 Sweat (which I just sadly found out is the final record slated for release on that label), he already has a brand new 2010 DJ mix as well as the launch of his record label Night Slugs.
The label’s first release is going to be out by the close of January, an 8-tracker by producer Moska. Although I am unfamiliar with Moska’s work it does have a nice UK funky feel to it and is not to be confused with respective genre pioneer Roska, who will incidentally be performing remix duty on this EP, along with Bok Bok and L-Viz.
