TOGETHER Fest: Events For 2.12.10 (Bluetech, Sinden, Silent Disco, etc)

I’m back online at the crib folks! Going to post all the events for the Together fest for the remainder of it’s duration. Lots of things happening tonight, be sure to check out some of these parties if any sort of dance music tickles your fancy.
Bluetech is an early event that starts at 6:30pm!
Bluetech is Evan Marc Bartholomew. Since the release of his debut, Prima Materia (Waveform Records) in 2003, Evan has carved a soulful sonic path moving between dub, downtempo, ambient, glitch and psychedelic music. While much of his recorded music can be perceived as reflective or meditative, rest assured, Evan also knows how to command a dancefloor, as he proved at his last appearance in Boston back in December. In 2009, Evan released the excellent and more upbeat “The Divine Invasion”, as well as the “Honey in The Heart EP” and “Call Of The Wild EP”, which he has provided as a free release on his website:

Supporting act Bakir and Sirios (Spit Bros., Dubs Alive, SF)
Bakir is a dubstep/sublow producer and performer based in San Francisco since arriving from Boston in 2004. Previously he had been in attendance at Berklee College of Music where he studied jazz composition, film scoring, and trumpet performance. His live show is a mix of djing, dub-fading, and live instrumental perfomance.
Bakir has shared bills with DZ, Kush Arora, Juakali, Antiserum, Matty G, Caspa and Rusko, Roommate, Eskmo, and DJunya. He has releases (some forthcoming) as a producer and/or instrumentalist on Full Melt Recordings, Dubs Alive Records, Badman Press Recordings, and Kush Arora Productions.
He is a founding member of The Spit Brothers and currently produces and performs as a multi-instrumentalist (trumpet, keyboard, and melodica) for that group.

Sinden
Sinden has been behind some of the most familiar and infectious party songs over the past several years. Although he has a small list of his own releases on the likes of Mad Decent, Made to Play Recordings and Atlantic Jaxx, he is particularly talented in his remix work. With a keen ear to a vocal or hook he thinks is killer, Sinden always comes correct by making it even more memorable by slapping some complimentary funky break loops and a bassline beneath it.
Shuttle
Shuttle is the name of Nate Donmoyer’s electronic project and has been bubbling around New England for some time. He got a bit side-tracked when the band he was playing drums in, Passion Pit, became the biggest band in the world. Currently on tour with the juggernaut, he comes home just in time to support Sinden, who it so happens was one of his earliest supporters via his radio show.
stacatto
Stacatto was born in part in Boston, when WERS DJ Gina Turner was turned on to the new sounds coming out of club-land. Electro, techno and minimal, but played to in a massive, big room style.
Tuner then found a partner in LOUISAHHH!!!. In L.A., the duo made huge waves witht heir party movement: MAJOR.
